2. Free Tier

Three free assessments per email address. No payment required.

3. Subscription

Monthly CHF billing via Stripe. Auto-renews unless cancelled. No refunds for partial months.

4. Disclaimer

Assessments are based on institution profile inputs and AI analysis of the regulatory framework. They do not replace qualified financial regulatory counsel. Always consult a qualified financial lawyer and compliance professional for formal regulatory opinions, FINMA submissions, and legal advice.

5. Governing Law

Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Canton Zug, Switzerland.
